I recently had an experience with a different online vendor that failed to deliver flowers in time for a funeral, so I was hesitant to use an online service again for the wake of a dear family friend. I placed the order online, and immediately received confirmation that it was received. The morning of the wake, I called to confirm delivery. My call was answered by a human, within 3 rings, who went out of her way to confirm that the arrangement had indeed been delivered, the time of delivery, and more. She was pleasant, empathetic when I told her I was nervous because of my prior experience with a different company. She did not brush me off with a simple "well I see we sent over the order." She actually made phone calls and confirmed everything was delivered as odered. I was so impressed! And the arrangement was stunning, too. Will definitely use again.

We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone.
